I’m launching a straightforward membership website and need someone to set up the core framework for me. The platform must run as a website (no mobile app required) and include secure sign-up/login plus a user-friendly dashboard where members can create and edit their own profiles.

Key requirements
• User profiles with profile-customization options—members should be able to add a photo, edit bio fields, and tweak basic layout or theme elements you provide.
• Clean, responsive front-end so profiles look good on desktop and mobile browsers.
• Admin panel that lets me approve, edit, or remove any member account quickly.

Nice-to-have (not mandatory right now): premium content areas or a simple discussion forum, so please keep the codebase flexible for future add-ons.

Tech stack is your choice, but I’m comfortable with WordPress + MemberPress, Laravel, or a comparable framework—use whichever lets you deliver a fast, secure build. Please outline:
1. The tools or plugins you’ll pick.
2. Estimated timeline.
3. Any previous membership sites you’ve launched.
