I'm in need of a professional to design and develop a customized banner website. It will need to be fully compatible for mobile browsing.

Key Features:
- Customization: The website should offer various customization options, with a live preview of the customized content.
- PDF Export: The system should be able to convert the final design into a PDF format for printing.
- Online Payment and Shipping: The site will need to integrate with Taiwan's Green World Technology payment gateway and logistics systems from Taiwan Post, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart.
- Admin Panel: A backend admin panel is required for managing customer orders.
- Google Maps Integration: The website should be linked to Google Maps.
