Custom WordPress E-Commerce Theme

We are looking for an experienced WordPress theme developer (not a page builder specialist) to create a new page within an existing custom-coded WordPress theme.

Important:
This site is built using custom-coded templates. Elementor or drag-and-drop builders are NOT being used. This is a template-level implementation.

Scope of Work
• Duplicate the existing “Signature Homes” page structure
• Identify the relevant template files controlling layout and outputs
• Create or extend a custom page template
• Replace content with new assets (floor plans, elevations, virtual tours, copy)
• Ensure styling and responsiveness match the current site
• Maintain existing template logic without breaking other pages

Requirements
• Strong experience with custom WordPress themes
• Comfortable editing PHP template files
• Understanding of WordPress template hierarchy
• Experience working with custom post types / ACF (if applicable)
• Ability to work quickly (completion within 1 week)
