Custom HTML/CSS Website Build

I already have a complete set of page designs and wireframes; what I need now is a developer who can translate those visuals into clean, hand-written HTML5 and modern CSS. No WordPress or Shopify frameworks—this build is entirely custom, so a strong command of semantic markup, Flexbox/Grid layouts, and responsive techniques is essential.

The job is straightforward: take the approved desktop and mobile mock-ups, slice any required assets, code each view so it matches the design pixel-for-pixel, and add light vanilla JavaScript where the layout calls for basic interactivity (menu toggles, sliders, form validation, etc.). Performance matters, so please keep the CSS lean, organise components logically, and optimise images on the way through.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive HTML, CSS, and JS files that mirror the design on all major browsers
• A brief read-me covering file structure and any build steps
• Testing proof (screenshots or screencast) showing the site functioning on common breakpoints
