Custom CSS Dynamic Scheduling for SquareSpace website

Hi there,
I’m looking for a developer who would help me to write a custom code to embed on SquareSpace website to create a dynamic schedule.
This feature would be used for booking purposes and will have the pricing generated by the square footage of the client’s home that’s getting serviced. There would be three types of appointments a client chooses — Initial, Standard, and Recurring — and based on the type of appointment and the size of the clients home the price would be different.
All homes under 1000 sq ft have a flat fee of x dollar amount — each dollar amount is different based on the appoint type. For example, first 1000 sq ft for Initial is $240, for Standard is $190, and for Recurring is $150. Each additional 300 sq ft of the house gets its own y dollar price. For example, initial service for a house that’s 2400 sq would cost: $240 (first 1000 sq ft) + 5 x $15 (5 increments of 300 sq ft) = $315.
I need this schedule to be linked to a Mailchimp to set up pre and post appointment notifications for both our company and the client, Google Drive to save clients info on a spread sheet so it can be transferred to client management software, as well as our company Google calendar.
