Custom CSS - Create pop-up/Lightbox for images

I need thumbnails on a form selling merchandise to open/enlarge the image to be able to see the items easier.
The form is built on a popular political fundraising platform. Only custom CSS is able to be edited. I dont have ability to edit the html/js.
Access to the administration for the form cannot be allowed. Youll need to inspect the form on your own and provide the css code for me to implement. The form is hosted by ActBlue.
This should be easy for someone with the right skillset.
