Creation of .ics calendar feed from WooCommerce order data

The Preamble
We have worked with our client, a local vineyard, for well over a decade now, and recently, have migrated the events booking system on their WordPress/WooCommerce-powered website to use the EventOn plugin (a change from one they were previously using).
The reason for this change is that EventOn offered the best method of front-end display of events for their particular requirements.
We have also installed and configured the "Event Tickets" add-on so that visitors to the site could book and pay to attend the events listed within the system. The add-on effectively leverages WooCommerce to handle the checkout process and so forth, and any bookings made are shown in the associated record in the WooCommerce orders table.
So far, this has mostly worked out quite well. However, what the client would like to do is to see a dynamically-updated list of guests for all upcoming events in a single place, which sadly, isn't something that EventOn currently supports.
What needs to be done
Based on this, they would like to create an .ics calendar feed (suitable for use with Apple iCal, Google Calendar or Outlook) that shows the bookings for any given upcoming day.
The calendar should show the following for each day:
1: List of events happening that day, and grouped within each of the events, should be shown the names of the person making the booking in WooCommerce, and the number of guests under their booking (quite often, one person will book tickets for their friends for the same event).
2: One complication is that some event tickets have product add-ons created by the WooCommerce "Product Add-Ons" plugin, and so if these were present within each booking, the information about them would need to be shown. Right now, visitors can ask for a number of "mocktails" instead of alcoholic drinks with their wine tour, and so we'd like to show the number of non-alcoholic drinks asked for with the person's booking information.
