Create a WEB3 Product Landing Page Using a Template in React or NextJS with Tailwind CSS

We are looking for a skilled front-end developer to help us create a one-page landing page for a WEB3 product using a pre-designed template in React or NextJS and Tailwind CSS. The page should have a simple, clean, and modern design, similar to the style of www.vercel.com.
We will provide the text and draft images for the page. We also need the developer to animate two of the images using simple, clean animations similar to those found on the vercel.com site.
The developer should have experience with React or NextJS and be proficient in using Tailwind CSS for styling. Experience with animating images or other design elements is a plus.
We are open to purchasing a template to speed up the development process as long as it meets our design and functionality requirements.
