The desired effect for the parallax panel is a scrolling background with fixed text per the prototype linked below.
I will provide the specific images to be used in the panel. Additionally, I have a specific layout in mind for the parallax panel, per the prototype.
Text must be live text, not an image...and the design must be fully responsive.
Skills and experience needed for this project:
