Create Interactive Map (HTML5 or Interactive SVG) from Adobe Illustrator file

Hello: I need this freelancer to create two similar versions of an interactive map (you will code/create using either HTML5 or Interactive SVG) from an existing Adobe Illustrator file I have already created (see screen shot). There will be basic "active" and "inactive" elements that are determined by rollover/click/tap. Each map will have three elements that will be activated. Must be mobile-friendly and of course, responsive. Will be used on a Wordpress website.
