Create/Code A Fandom Wiki (You will need to know CSS language)

I am looking to have a fandom wiki created that is focused on a book series. I kind of have a specific design in mind (I have taken inspiration from another wiki) but I am open to any suggestions for the layout. In terms of the features/functionality that I would like included in this fandom wiki, I want to have interactive character pages to allow viewers to explore the world of the book series. Moreover, I also need someone who is knowledgeable in CSS language for this project so the wiki can have custom styling, character designing and overall a nice layout. If you are experienced in creating and coding fandom wikis and have the skills necessary to implement these features, I’d love to hear from you.
