Create CSS From Figma For Existing HTML

Looking for a CSS designer who can create CSS files (without a preprocessor) for existing HTML files that are pixel-perfect matches to existing Figma designs. We will provide a Figma project, a completed HTML file and reference images. You will provide a CSS file that styles the existing HTML into a pixel-perfect match of the provided Figma file (without modifying the HTML). Please provide at least one example of clean and modern production CSS that you have written for a similar project.
