Craft CMS: Frontend Developer Needed for AI Search Integration on Website
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced developer to integrate an external AI search engine into our website. The task involves front-end implementation using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The AI search engine is a ready-made application hosted by a third-party provider.
Key Requirements:
• Create a new search page and integrate the AI search functionality.
• Add a toggle feature controlled by an environment variable to switch between the current search and the new AI search.
• Handle fallback scenarios like displaying a 404 error or an “unavailable” message when the AI search is disabled.
Design references for both desktop and mobile will be provided, though flexibility is required for any adjustments during implementation.
