Copy Shopify Site to HTML, CSS, JS

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me copy an existing Shopify site (simplifying and removing some elements) over to HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The programming languages needed for this project are HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the site needing to be mobile-responsive for the end user. We do need the TrustPilot plugin to work.

Remove:
remove 'start quiz' button on the header, remove chat at the bottom right, remove slider of links at the bottom header, remove the our story and team slider half way down the page, remove the Don't Take our Word for It section, no need for pop-up discounts / codes, on the drop down nav menu - remove the gray side nav of each drop down, remove the phone number remove the search. Remove the Footer, we will add a new one.

Change:
In the Nav header change the link for the Person Icon to login.html, leave the shopping icon alone.
