Convert our website from wordpress to react

I am looking for a good partner to convert our current Wordpress to react and create some extra modules.
we are talking about
- user module + membership
so a way to mange the users, also the admin users
membership payments in front and a managment option in the backend
- page module
a simple way to create and edit pages.

- blog module

A simple way to create and add blogs

- location module
this is to import location by xlxs or api into the system
also a way to mange and edit them

travel partners module
a way to add partner that need some tweeking int he trip module

- trip module

Is a front end optiondetails will be shared however 1 part is to implment personlize aws to the system


We are looking for a good communicator, or a good team.
We are looking for a long term stable partner ship
The budget for this conversion is 1500 max as there are more modules following.
It has to be created in react and we work with s3 and aws lambda

We have already things build however unclear what the qulity is on this moment.
