Convert E-mail Signature design into HTML

I am looking for a freelancer to convert our email signature design into HTML. I already have a design which is almost finished (some minor adjustments will be completed the next 2 days). Additionally, I would like the freelancer to ensure that the email signature is mobile responsive, and shows well on all common e-mail clients. Note, there are different links that can be clicked (see design).

Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in HTML and CSS, experience with email signature design, and knowledge of mobile responsiveness.
