Convert html css to Wordpress template inside elementor
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can convert existing HTML/CSS website into a Wordpress template using Elementor. I will select a freelancer that can work fast, has experience with Wordpress + Elementor and has good reviews. Please deliver within 24 hours.
Project Requirements:
- Convert the existing HTML/CSS to a Wordpress template
- Add functions (a form with a formbuilder, popup windows)
Skills and Experience:
- Wordpress development (build custom Wordpress templates)
- Experience with Elementor

The website is just one page. But I understand this is not relevant for a theme. But the Theme can just be a simple blue-like header, white content / middle and a pink-like footer.
As a content manager we want to use Elementor (elementor Pro).
I would like to be able to upload SVG images (not default inside Wordpress). And I would like to be able to create the different color titles (H4, H1, etc.). And a blue box (with the download button) and a green box (Nuttige links).
The footer can be simple, a fixed footer. No requirements for widgets. The footer does show the last-update-date (look at the PDF with instructions).
You will get the HTML/CSS/JS files from me when I select you as a freelancer.
