Convert from Figma to Responsive Page (Bootstrap)

I'm in need of a front-end developer to convert a few pages for me.
The design is in Figma and I need it converted into a responsive page using Bootstrap / jQuery.
Points to note:
1). I need someone to begin right now and finish over the next few days (this includes working over the weekend)
2). The conversion should be pixel-perfect for all devices. The pages should be 100% responsive for all screen sizes
3). Usage of correct header tags for SEO optimization
4). Neat and clean code with proper comments and section bifurcations
5). Correct usage of scripts wherever needed
Total number of pages: 5
