Convert Website Template to Bootstrap 5
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our website is an old design.
It loads mobile and desktop templates automatically (if desktop or mobile is used) I believe this is currently done using javascript

Problem is that Google always indexes the Mobile Template.
We need to change it so that dragging a desktop browser window in/out will trigger the desktop/mobile template to load (so basically its a dynamic template)
Currently i need a quick/cheap fix to do this in CSS.
In near future I will have bigger budget ($1500) for a complete redesign. So if i can get a quck fix now, hopefully you can work on the redesign in the near future.
You will need to work closely with my Developer who is based in Ukraine.
My developer tells me we need to convert this to Bootstrap
