Convert Joomla or Wordpress to HTML5

I need to convert Joomla or Wordpress to HTML5 for next using in other CMS. My problem is that the templates you can buy are usually prepared for Joomla or Wordpress but I prefer another CMS. The templates in Joomla or Wordpress are splitted to many parts inc. Javascript or CSS.

I need create from templates HTML5 files e.g. mainpage, contacts, blog detail, blog list etc. and one CSS file and one JS file.
