Convert HTML/CSS Design to working Odoo e-commerce module

We have a working static site. It contains some JS widgets which should be implemented as Odoo "building blocks".
It also features a custom header / navbar / shopping cart, which have been partially implemented, but because of sudden illness we're looking for someone to do this on short notice.
