Convert Figma to Wordpress Website

Hi, I am looking for a developer to convert a figma design to a wordpress website.
If possible, use Beaver Builder (will be provided), if not, ensure that we are able to easily edit it and instruct me. Animations are required.
Please review the attached design beforehand and only bid, if you are able to create the site 95% similar to our design wishes.
