Convert Figma Design into HTML

The task is to convert Figma design input into an Electron app interface according to the following requirements

The design consists of:
- An initial landing/welcome page
- Two pages with custom designed input elements
- One dialog for configuration with sliders & buttons
- App will be of fixed dimensions. That is, there is no need to cater for resizing and consequent realignment/repositioning of HTML elements.

Requirements:
- Use modern HTML
- Implementation should use VueJS v3, breaking up the UI elements in suitable components
- Use latest Electron
- Use Typescript
- For user input elements such as buttons, selection box, write Typescript action placeholders
- If app has third party dependencies other than VueJS, they ought to be clearly specified

Notes:
- Figma design can export CSS for the design so that colors and element sizes can be accurately reproduced in the app.
