Convert 1 Email Template Figma Design into HTML template

I am looking for a developer to convert my Figma email template design into an HTML template that is compatible with Outlook. The ideal candidate should have experience in email template development and be able to create a responsive design that is optimized for mobile devices. Here are the specific requirements for this project:
Compatible with Outlook
- The HTML template should be compatible with Outlook email client
- The email should render properly across all versions of Outlook
Responsive for Mobile Devices
- The template should be responsive and optimized for mobile devices
- It should be tested on different mobile devices to ensure that it is fully functional
Experience Required
- Strong experience in HTML and CSS

- Knowledge of responsive design principles
