Conditional form in Webflow (instructions provided)

Hi there!
I am looking for some quite specific help with building a form with conditional logic on Webflow. Please ONLY apply if you know (or could figure out) how to do this in Webflow. I have been able to find a method to do this in the way I want but I am unable to figure it out by myself. Anyone with a bit more expertise than me (I have none) should be able to figure out how to do it.
The current form looks like this - https://www.apextuitionaustralia.com/organise-a-session. The improved form with the conditional logic will keep the same content but will just split the form into sections and have some conditional logic based on the prior selections. I need a developer to create this embedded in Webflow. I am open to all suggestions on how to do this whether this is bespoke code or using some other tool. I have found some tools that other Webflowers have created. I was not able to get it to work but someone with a bit more expertise may be able to. Below I have provided sources to these tools:
