Complex Interactive/Conditional Order Forms for our website.

We are a large manufacturing company building custom home decor products for a large network of dealers. We are looking for a way for our dealers to enter the details of their orders online, and submit these orders to us directly. We would not need integrated payment, simply a way to capture the order data for each product. Our products are quite custom, and we would need responsive/conditional forms that would change or limit other choices depending on what options are selected. Some examples: Limit the available finishes if certain options are chosen. Limit style and glass options across the form if a certain door option is picked. The attached PDF form is an example of the current physical order forms our dealers use. Obviously, this does not show all of the rules and conditions that we are looking to integrate, but it does show some of them (typically written in red below certain options). I can provide any additional information needed. Open to different thoughts and solutions as there are around 75 different order forms currently. If a template can be provided that we create the rest of the forms off of we are open to that, but if it is custom enough they all need to be pre-built, open to that as well. Budget can definitely be discussed depending on the scope of the project (If we have the wrong needed skills selected, please let me know so we can change accordingly)
