Complex HTML CSS text ANIMATION source code

We need complex HTML CSS text animation for various videos, 1 minute, mobile format. But we need it as TEMPLATE source code, text free. - We don't need video - - - - : We need plain html source code. Our Users write in our application on our videos, with all settings ready.

We need super modern intro and outro, fade and letters effects, textures, glowings and light effects.
There are 4 Text placeholders in each videos (4 free spaces for text) (our videos are ready already), with special frame shapes and intro/outro fades and TIME LINEs. Text frames, positions, line breaks, placeholders shapes, aren't regular. Font size and line breaks are responsive. Design and effects should be stunning.
The delivery is plain html code, text free, jpeg free, mp4 free. We just need the Source Code.
