Complete partially created website or create a new one from scratch

Hi,

I would not respond to any bids that are posted without reading my requirement. No matter how good you are.

Our requirement is a static HTML/CSS website which is responsive on all devices.

The previous designer left the site half cooked, but we love the feel and design of it.

You have a choice to either work on our existing source code or write code from scratch using images and design from our existing site. Whatever works best for you.

So just to reiterate, you can either create an entirely new website from scratch or use our site to enhance what we want.

Attached Excel document describes what I wish to have.

The Gosen page best describes our requirement that all other pages in site need to follow. This page is almost complete but require few attentions to detail.

This is an URGENT requirement. So, if you are short of time, then I would appreciate an honest reply to that. If you can do a better job, I promise bonus amount on whatever amount we decide upon.
