College event management system

We are seeking a skilled front-end developer to design and build a modern, responsive website for a College Event Management System using Bootstrap.

Key Requirements:
Develop a clean and user-friendly interface for both Admin and Student/User modules

Fully responsive design for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices

Use of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with a preference for Bootstrap 4/5

Ensure cross-browser compatibility

Write SEO-friendly code structure for public-facing pages (like About, Contact, Gallery, etc.)

Implement hover effects, transitions, and basic animations for a dynamic experience

Integrate front-end with back-end APIs (e.g., for events, user participation, feedback submission)

Ensure performance optimization for fast loading times

Provide source code with proper documentation
