Chat GPTX API front end

I need an HTML front end for Chat GPTX that will enable a user to cut and paste text into a box then hit one of six buttons below to have Chat GPTX rewrite the copy in a specific style. The button should both choose the style and initiate the call the Chat GPTX's API

So the front end will send a query to Chat GPTX in the form Rewrite this {Copy from Box} in the style of {Style associated with button}

Those styles are:

Disruptors: Elon Musk
Masters of the Universe: Jeremy Clarkson
Heart and Souls: A Jerry Seinfeld monologue
Campaigners: Simon Sinek
Visionaries: A TED talk pitch without mentioning TED or talking
Chief Fun Officers: Russell Brand
