CSS, html and .net core experience to create treeview and group data grid

I am looking for a Freelancer with expertise in CSS, HTML, and .NET Core to create a treeview and group data grid with pdf preview. Specific requirements include premium expertise in .NET Core, as well as an emphasis on presentation - by this I mean that the results should be both visually pleasing and logically sound. No other tools will be necessary beyond those three programming technologies. The data grid should display data in table form.
