CSS for "Coming Soon" Text

We previously hired from here looking for an experienced css dev to help us show the correct text styling.
We operate a meta search engine and in the process of implementing our own 'Places' style type of listing.
As you can see from the attached screenshot it is close but the UNDER Construction text has lost its styling and it was aligned to the right of the logo.
I can supply you the css file as well as i can place any code that you need updated in the php file that shows where the ZAP places appears on search results.
