CSS expert required
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a CSS expert specialist (a very patient one too) who can explain why I am having an issue with a web page.
Please look at the attached screenshot and you will see that I have I highlighted a single div containing the page title (in Chrome's inspector tool) but the corresponding web page also shows the image above is selected too.

The web page is being generated in Joomla by a component called EasyLayouts and I think the problem could be incorrectly nested divs.
Important - I don't you need to fix it, the developers of the component can do that but simply for the freelancer to explain the problem in plain English. This information will then be forwarded to the developers of EasyLayouts.
