CSS customization

I need help with someone that would change an existing CSS file but I would be able to customize it's size at while in the HTML section. For example, I would like to be able to have the existing results but at 33% scale in the HTML (something like <div class=".wrapperFUT" scale ="33%">
The background and player image may change. I can provide a list of background.
