CSS Refactor with Progressive Min-Width Breakpoints

I need a skilled CSS developer to refactor and optimize my existing responsive CSS. Although my current styles use max-width and provide some responsiveness, they lack properly structured breakpoints. The goal is to create a clean, scalable CSS structure using progressive min-width media queries at specific breakpoints to ensure excellent display across all devices—from small mobile phones (320p) to large desktop monitors (1920p).

Required Breakpoints:
