CSS/JavaScript Multifunctional Button Creation

I need 2 changes:
1. Hover/Mouseover should not trigger the rainbow animation. The rainbow animation should be shown for 5 seconds only after a click of the button is released.
2. The button doesn't work properly on mobile. It has some glitches like hard edges in the glow, (in)transparencies below the counter. These need to be fixed.
