CSS/HTML - Telerik Editor Expert

Need a person to help us with fixing our editor after a Telerik UI Editor upgrade. We have CSS and HTML that seem to be missing.
- Fix the current issue that is global with all of our websites for module display within the editor.
- Help fix the layout issues for modules that were caused by the upgrade
- Work with the project manager with new design CSS/HTML for website upgrades
Must know how to do PSD to HTML.
