CSS/HTML/Javascript Responsive Web Page Coding from Mock up

* Description
We will need to translate four mockup web pages + overlaps into a responsive CSS/HTML/Javascript code
The task is to translate four professionally designed mockup images (I have the Photoshop files) into CSS/HTML/Javascript code. Your work will be integrated into our C# ASP.NET server. The product needs to be responsive and run on both desktop and mobile, plus when the browser width is narrow/wide. Your work also needs to be lightweight and fast. When some buttons are clicked, it will also show the overlay shown in the zip file below.
The four pages are:
Frontpage
Map/list result page
Property page
About page
The files are located here: https://www.sorsmarkets.com/document/jpg_mock_up.zip. I will let you look at the zip file first.
Please notice that there is a custom font GTWalsheimPro. I can send it to you as well.
In the map, you can use a sample leaflet.js.
Currently I have a library in devexpress, and the table I am using devexpress datagrid.
* Delivery
We will need the source code that you developed as we will need to integrate your work into our C# server. Please note that I am a C# developer looking after the server-side and database so delivery of CSS/HTML/Javascript is mandatory.
You can also send the C# asp.net sample project to me.
* Workplace
You will be working online remotely.
* Experience
