I would like someone to
1. Design web pages (10--20% modification to below mentioned websites)
2. And build an IT sourcing website.

Building some re-usable component would be helpful. As I can see most of the webpages are using similar telmplate.
Please pitch what Techstack you will be using to build this:
I prefer to go with:
React (If custom): As I would be planning to have a dashboard in future.
webflow (If CMS)
But I am open to other stack as well.
