Build an html page
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Create an HTML page with:-
1. A div having textbox for heading and a div with textarea for details
2. Add row button which will add another div with textarea for details under above heading and a delete button which can delete any row without affecting others.
3. Add another heading button which will add above div having above 2 points, after added previous div
4. Submit button which will collect all the information added in above row separated by '_^' string
