Build me a gatsby landing page

We at Outscal are looking for someone who can help us create a developer blog website Someone who has worked with gatsby and bootstrap to create optimized and responsive websites for mobile as well as desktop The idea behind this is to create one template. With a sidebar on the left with a dropdown to show different chapters of a course and a content section in the middle that which displays the content of each chapter (We have set them up as markdown pages). This content will change as we click on each chapter and the markdown file for each chapter is fetched from GitHub(The tech for implementing GitHub support is already in place) There will also be two previous and next buttons and the bottom of the page. Ideally, someone who is an expert in bootstrap CSS HTML and gatsby js
