Build browser extension for Google chrome with translation service API

Looking for a frontend developer to build a browser extension for Google Chrome
A start-up in the administration help services needs an experienced person in developing a browser extension for the Google Chrome Browser. Need a translation Add-on with additional information for translating German websites into Ukrainian.
The Project will require:
* A browser extension written in JS, HTML, CSS for the Google Chrome Browser. The source code is enough. The extension does not have to be uploaded to the Add-on market.
* This project does NOT require any knowledge in Ukrainian or German.

Development
* Drive design, planning, development, and delivery of add-on
* Develop functions and features
* Industry experience working with Frontend technologies such as JS, HTML, CSS
* Strong English communication is required

Functional Requirements
* The browser extension translates a visited site from German into Ukrainian, with the help of a translation service API.
* Read additional information from a JSON file and show them as a hint with the keyword. We will attach the file to the job description
