Build a WordPress Website for Locksmith and Security Business (Design Provided)

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a website for a locksmith and security business. The design files (HTML/CSS) are fully coded and approved, and I need them converted into a pixel-perfect WordPress site. The project includes 7 pages, SEO-optimized suburb templates, integrations with Lana CRM, Google Maps, and GA4 tracking. The website must be fully responsive, optimized for speed (under 3 seconds on mobile), and adhere to all technical requirements provided.

Key Deliverables:
- Convert 7 HTML/CSS pages into WordPress using Elementor Pro or equivalent.
- Fully responsive design with breakpoints at 640px (tablet) and 1024px (desktop).
- SEO setup: custom meta titles/descriptions, image alt text, XML sitemap, schema markup.
- Integrations: Lana CRM form iframe, chat widget script, Google Maps embed, GA4 tracking.
- Build 12 suburb pages from an SEO-optimized template.
- Ensure SSL certificate is active on launch and advise on hosting requirements if needed.
