Build Scalable Machinery Price Valuation Calculator (React / JavaScript)

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript or React developer to build a price valuation calculator for industrial machinery, starting with generators (DG sets).

The calculator will collect machinery details (brand, capacity, year, usage, condition, etc.) and display an estimated resale price or price range based on predefined pricing logic.

This is not an eCommerce project.
Currently, the scope is limited to price estimation only (no payments).

Key Requirements

Dynamic calculator with multiple dropdown inputs
Instant price calculation (no page reload)
Pricing logic based on lookup tables / Excel-style formulas
Architecture should support multiple machinery types in future (e.g. generators, ACs, other equipment)
Clean, modular, reusable code
Mobile-friendly UI

Tech Preference

React.js (preferred) or Vanilla JavaScript
Backend optional (Node.js if required)
