Build me React menus as per the sketch in Photoshop

Experienced person is required, with at least 4+ years with front end design and coding for modern browsers and mobile. Proficiency in React and CSS are essential.
Please review the attached sketch (PS file will be provided, although it is not pixel perfect, but close to it), since that is what is required to be delivered in React. I have used material design icons, and all will be delivered in .svg format. Text/copy will be also delivered in .docx format.
Deadline is 4 days - five days, including this coming weekend. In case you do not work through weekends - please do not apply. Deadline includes all communication, corrections, comments, notes and whatever we can find that needs adjustment.
Main point is, that I will fully rely on your expertise. Your are expected to offer your guidance and expert advice if any part of the design is not practical or has been proven not to work in real world.
!!!!! With all due respect, please do not apply if you are not qualified/experienced to do this job. This project isn't something casual that you can practice on.
Lastly, please demonstrate/showcase your best work, that is similar to what is required (clean, simple, minimal design, mouse-over action effects, CSS animation, with very thin lines and elegant typography)
I will be available for assistance/review or discussion at all times.
