Build Bootstrap CSS style from brand guidelines

The University of Melbourne is changing the future of healthcare with new digital health technologies for the web.

We need an experienced dev-enabled designer to set up a responsive Bootstrap 5.1 CSS style tailored to our brand style. This will involve translating our web/mobile brand guidelines into a set of SASS templates, and validating the resulting CSS stylesheet(s).

Deliverables:
- A set of SCSS files to adapt bootstrap to our style (that fit with the Bootstrap build convention)
- A single responsive HTML file (or multiple if you want to split it up) that demonstrates the style in use using the standard bootstrap components for desktop.

Bootstrap tooling requires understanding of SASS. Prior experience with SASS/CSS is essential. We expect appropriate use of modern CSS3 rules/elements, responsive design and the use of font-size-relative scaling.

We will provide:
- The design guidelines (PDF document)
- Logo assets (SVG)
- Font details (Google fonts)
- A git repo to commit the work.

We will ask you to sign an NDA to work on this project.
