Bootstrap 5 HTML/CSS Expert required to fix/tidy up code

I need a CSS expert to fix a minor layout issue, look over the current HTML/CSS and advise if it's the best way to do things, create a template file for future pages and finally clean up the CSS file and remove any unused stanza's. Should take an expert only an hour or two. We don't have much of a budget I'm afraid.
