Booking Calender website in PHP

I am looking for an experienced PHP developer to build me a booking calendar website using the Laravel framework. I may need support for payment gateways, so please consider that when making your proposal. I am looking for a few specific features, including an Admin Interface, the ability to create, edit, and delete bookings, and recurring bookings, depending on the client's needs. Admin needs to be able to set opening times for the days of the week so the client can only select bookings during opening times.
