Beauty MVP web app using apphive

Please confirm you know how to build apps using Apphive. Please confirm all my requirements can be accomplished. Please advise or give recommendations of anything that needs to be combined with Apphive in order to complete this job. Will need video instructions on how to use the app and need the app to be as intuitive and simple as possible.
The web app has a salesperson take a picture of a customers face. The saved picture automatically converts to a client page where the salesperson can enter the clients name, address, email, products used, and notes. The salesperson then enters all the products used on the customer in numbered steps inside drop-down menus for each area of the face. The drop down menus can be under or on the side of the picture whichever is easier to make. Drop-down menus can be created by the salesperson and each one can be named and saved as a template so the salespersons preferred template is saved for future use. Once the salesperson enters a product on the first step and hits enter a second step with number 2 is shown and so on. Or each created drop-down menu already has 1-20 steps and the empty steps not used are automatically deleted to show only the steps with products listed. Then the salesperson can mark which products were sold with a check mark or other method on each step. Then the clients name, email, address, etc is entered and the client page with picture with information is saved into the salesperson’s client book under the customers last name in alphabetical order. The salespersons name will automatically be saved to all their client pages inside their client book. The salesperson can email the client page with picture, products used and sold to the client, and anything else listed. I believe this client page will need to be static so it exposes all the drop down menus so all the numbered steps showing the products used for each area of the face are visible. The salesperson will be able to add links next to each product in the static client page or it might be easier to add links to the page in the cliebt book before it’s static, The salesperson can create automatic follow ups for each client page which will link to their iPhone/Android phones calendar to email the customer unless it’s easier to have a generic calendar in the app.
I’d want to be able to enter all the stores products in the back end of the app so the products are shown as the salesperson types them so the salesperson can enter the products quickly.
I’d want to be able to see which products are selling and which products were used together the most in so there should be a way to segment all the products by sold, not sold, and used together from most to least to gain insights.
I have all the swift code already done but I own an LTD account of AppHive and need a basic MVP which is code free and inexpensive so prefer using it as this is the first iteration. Please confirm you’ve used Apphive. I’m open to creating this as simple as possible and am open to any suggestions to simplify this as I’ll need to update this app many times as I receive information.
