Basic layout only in BULMA CSS

I need a basic website designed like that of https://fourthacademy.com/home.

Please use HTML5 & bulma css framework only. jQuery is fine for hamburger menu for responsive design but no other jquery is needed.

The top menu will be "sticky" as you scroll to the bottom just like in this example site linked above.

With regards to the "course-detail" here:

I only need the styling in place for each "tab" and they styling for "accordion view (Curriculum)" you DO NOT need to do any jquery and DO NOT implement tabbing I only need the formatting done in bulma css.

- admissions form will be laid out the same you can copy and paste the form from the page and format it with bulma framework
- Consultation page only needs title
- must comply with The W3C Markup Validation Service
- icons can be the same
- do not embed css in html, all css must be in external css file
